While apparently in the state of New Jersey a stillborn baby is not considered a person http://current.com/items/89685614/stillborn_baby_thrown_out_with_the_hos... I found something amazing pointing out just how much of a person a baby is from conception. This article http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/new.php?n=14698 is about a baby born at 23 weeks that survived. Something that is supposed to be nearly impossible and would be if the baby wasn't a human being.
